Our NTS100 solution, Client and Master can be used for exhibitions, shows, sporting events, free events, etc. Its different versions are prepared for both the management of fiscal and non-fiscal events.
The 2000 legislation on Automated Ticketing Machines and Fiscal Meters introduced the obligation to use certified solutions in the entertainment sector (Decreto Ministeriale 13 luglio 2000).

With our NTS100 Client and Master architecture, we realise solutions ranging from simple local workstations to highly complex distributed systems consisting of a large number of terminals and functional modules.

All system elements are designed to enable the simultaneous management of many sales channels: from your local system you can expand your marketing to a network of points of sale, your call centre, the Internet network, digital TV also wireless.

Having a ticket office with NTS100 allows you to communicate with all these possibilities, managing in real time in a simple way your own network of distribution.
Sales client system Our sales client is a quick and simple tool that can be adapted to both the management of pre-sales networks and the type of ticketing required on site. Various options for client configuration are provided, depending on whether it is for theatre, cinema, sports facilities, multi-purpose halls or for trade fairs, exhibitions or other locations.

Different versions of NTS100 software allow you to manage shows with customised numbered seats, fixed-roster subscriptions, free subscriptions and admission tickets.

The special 'Invitations & Ceremonial' feature allows you to send invitations to predetermined lists and to secretariats, track receipt, acceptance and entry into the room with evidence of the seat in the room in the case of numbered floor plans.

Our NTC module is an access control management component which can be used for both fiscal and NON-fiscal events. It can also allow the control of security lists issued by third-party systems or can be used as a stand-alone product.

The reading and clearing of entrance tickets of all types (paper, digital, insider and guest passes) and their verification are performed through our professional mobile APP: The GATEKEEPER.
iphone_gtk This app is an ideal solution for any event: from concerts to theatre performances, from trade fairs to sporting events, from presentations to fashion shows, from dinner parties to conventions.

It allows connection to the access control system, for control tickets of any kind, including blacklists and non-fiscal invitation lists.

It can be installed on barcode readers, smartphones, tablets and other devices with an Android operating system. It works with a wi-fi or data network connection.
In cases of temporary absence of connection, the system stores the readings and then synchronises them with the server as soon as the connection becomes available.

It allows the scanning of linear and two-dimensional barcodes (Aztec, QR code) and is equipped with a system to search for tickets by manually entering certain data relating to the purchase (name, order code, etc.).

It is set up to display a single event, or multiple events, belonging to a particular venue or organiser using an access PIN set by the organiser.

In locations with several access points, the system is configurable for each gateway.

The Monitor mode of The GATEKEEPER app allows you in real time to check the progress of admissions, the filling of the sectors and any free seats, without having access to other functions.

However, access control is not just that!

The system allows real-time monitoring of admissions and obtains useful data for managing the location, guaranteeing the security and smooth flow of entrants.

Given the critical nature of this activity, which differs by event category and location in addition to verifying the authenticity and regularity of the ticket, the system acts as an aid to the organiser ensuring effective flow of entry.

The dashboard of NTC's Business Intelligence tool allows an in-depth and dynamic analysis of sales data, access and marketing data.

The data recorded, which can be consulted and analysed at the end of the event thanks to our reports and graphs, provide information on the accesses carried out (trends in admissions, subdivision by sectors or entrances and by time slot, details by individual participant etc.) allowing an in-depth analysis of performance.

More than 40 pre-set reports allow the user to deepen and analysis of sales trends, admissions, site access and all data surrounding the purchase of a ticket. Filters within each report allow the user to narrow the field of analysis for a more detailed and precise view of the data.

Customised digital access titles Admission tickets sold online are generally issued in the form of digital tickets, but there are also ways to send of traditional tickets by courier or collection of the admission ticket at a dedicated box office for the event.

Payment method For events with paid admission, the site is set up for payment with all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro etc.) interfacing with the payment providers Wordline and Nexi.

Courtesy waiting service Queue-it Integrated into our purchasing process is the 'Queue-it' waiting courtesy service, which recognises online traffic and is activated during purchase peaks.
